First blood takes 45% of the challenge's reward, the second team to submit takes 30%, and the third takes 25%.

Each of the 8 physical challenges carries its own cash bounty — 45% goes to the first team that solves it, 30% to the second submit, and 25% to the third. Full breakdown in the table above.

02. JACKPOT

Clear every challenge, take what's left

Every bounty paid comes out of the pool. The faster you clear, the less your rivals have drawn down — and the bigger your jackpot.

03. ENDGAME

One full clear, and it's over

The final doesn't stop the instant someone finishes. Play continues for one hour — a rival can still catch up. At zero, it ends.

04. NOBODY CLEARS

The jackpot rolls into 2027

Teams keep their bounties; the untaken jackpot carries over. In 2025, Rp 85.488.959 sat untouched for six hours — we matched it rupiah for rupiah to build this year's pool.

Technical Meeting: Qualifiers

MANDATORY

Rules, platform walkthrough, support channels, tie-break procedure, and the dispute process. At least one member per team must attend.

Elimination Round

ONLINE · 48 HOURS

Jeopardy format. AI assistants and automated tooling permitted. Top three win cash and advance. Fourth place advances only if a finalist withdraws.

24 SEPTEMBER 2026

Grand Finale

ON-SITE · IT DEL, DANAU TOBA

Three teams, six hours, one pool that shrinks as it is claimed. Streamed live on YouTube. Travel, hotel and breakfast covered for all three members of each finalist team.
